The Banjara Rug reinterprets the expressive textile traditions of its namesake community, where embroidery and patchwork form bold, instinctive compositions. An abstracted central motif forms the heart of the rug, framed by a hexagonal border that brings structure to its expressive surface. Coral, vermilion, and peach tones unfold across the rug, lifted by accents of teal and mint.

Each AGNYA rug is hand-knotted entirely by hand in an artisan workshop in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Sizes marked IN STOCK - READY TO SHIP are currently available and will ship within 5–6 business days. Only a small number of each size are available.

All other rugs are made to order. Current estimated lead times are:

5' x 8' and smaller | 8 – 10 weeks
6' x 9' and larger | 12 – 14 weeks

100% New Zealand wool. Ethically dyed in small batches and hand-knotted on vertical looms by master artisans in Uttar Pradesh, India.

Our rugs take weeks to complete, with the thousands of individual knots forming its dense, tactile surface. Fun Fact: even our smallest 3×5 ft rug holds over 54,000 individual knots!

Pile Height of our hand-knotted rugs is between 0.5 - 0.8 inches.

Every Agnya rug is made by hand, so please expect minor variations in color and pattern – the kind of imperfections only human hands can create.

Your rug is made of pure wool, a natural fiber that is strong, forgiving, and easy to love. A light vacuum keeps it happy. For spills, gently spot clean with mild soap and water. Let it dry fully before styling it back in. No machine washes please!

We offer air shipping worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In-stock rugs ship within 5–6 business days. Made-to-order rugs will ship once they are complete and have been carefully checked by our team before making their way to you. Please note that orders with delivery locations outside the US may be subject to import duties in their destination country.

IN-STOCK RUGS

We hope you love your AGNYA rug, but if it isn’t quite right for your space, IN STOCK rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Rugs must be returned clean, unused, and in their original condition.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All made-to-order rug purchases are final and cannot be returned.
