Certain products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities due to the nature of small-batch and made-to-order production.

In-Stock vs. Made-to-Order
Products may be categorized as either in-stock or made-to-order. Availability and lead times are specified on each product page.

  • In-stock items are ready to ship within the stated timeframe.
  • Made-to-order items are produced specifically for you upon purchase, and lead times vary based on size, design, and production complexity.

Returns & Restocking

  • In-stock items may be eligible for return, subject to a 10% restocking fee, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
  • All made-to-order rugs are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

Natural Variation Disclaimer (Important)
Our products are made by hand using natural fibers and artisanal processes. As such:

  • Variations in color, tone, dye absorption, and pattern alignment are inherent
  • Slight differences in size, shape, and finish may occur
  • Texture, pile height, and hand-feel may vary across pieces

These variations are not defects, but rather a reflection of the human process behind each piece and part of what makes every rug unique. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics as part of the product.

We make every effort to display colors and textures as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee exact representation across all screens and devices.

We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or order quantity, and to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DUTIES

All orders are shipped from our workshop and fulfillment partners in India.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or on product pages are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, customs processing, or carrier delays.

For international orders:

  • You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, depending on your country’s regulations
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated

Agnya is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen logistical disruptions once an order has been dispatched.

SECTION 7 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account and purchase information, and to promptly update it as needed.
