The Mor Cross table runner plays with pattern and proportion, drawing the eye toward the center of the table. Hand-drawn lines run lengthwise before turning sharply across the middle, forming a bold cross-like composition that naturally frames serving dishes, flowers and whatever else lands at the center of the table.
Inspired by Gond painting from Madhya Pradesh, India, the Mor motif pairs dusty orchid and deep plum with broad bands of fresh celadon green. The combination feels equal parts graphic and playful, bringing an unexpected shot of color to dinner parties, long lunches and everyday tables that could use a little more personality.
Each runner is hand block printed on 100% cotton by fourth-generation master printers in Jaipur, with the subtle shifts in line, color and registration that are signatures of the handmade process.
Small-batch made. Slight variations in color and print are part of the beauty of the process.
Each table runner measures 18" × 72", designed to fit a variety of table sizes.
MATERIALS + CARE
100% cotton, hand block printed using AZO-free pigments. Made in Jaipur, India by multi-generational master printers.
Gentle cold wash with similar colors. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low, and iron on reverse if needed.
